By booking/paying for a Live Tarot Reading or Private 1:1 Coaching session you (“the client”) agree to the following TERMS OF USE:

1. You certify that you are at least 18 years of age.

2. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. THERE ARE NO REFUNDS. 

3. You acknowledge and fully understand that communication shared during readings for purposes of entertainment and/or spiritual guidance and will not take the place of professional services, including but not limited to legal, medical, and psychological. As it is a violation of TikTok (and other social media platforms) guidelines, questions regarding Medical, Fertility (Pregnancy) are not accepted on a TikTok livestream.

4. You take full responsibility for yourself, your decisions and actions.

5. Rainbow Tarot LLC and its coaches will not be held legally responsible for your actions or decisions and are released from any liability claims.
